Refund and Returns Policy

At M-TAG'D, we take pride in creating high-quality personalised products and curated gift bundles. Because many of our items are made specifically for each customer, our refund and return policy differs slightly depending on the type of product purchased.

 

1. Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products:

  • All personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g. spelling, dates, colours, and design choices) are correct before placing an order.

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors submitted by the customer.

 

Exceptions:
If your personalised item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Does not match your confirmed order

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

2. Non-Personalised (Ready-to-Buy) Items

For items that are not personalised:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

3. Bundles (Seasonal & Gift Sets)

Our bundles may include a mix of personalised and non-personalised items.

  • If a bundle contains personalised items, the entire bundle is non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error.

  • For non-personalised bundles:

    • Returns may be accepted within 14 days, provided the full bundle is returned unused and intact.

We do not accept partial returns of bundle items.

 

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Non-personalised orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

 

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
